+ What are the benefits of attending the Summit at a site near me?

The HD videocast of the Summit at a local site allows convenience, affordability and connectivity to leaders in GLS 2018.

+ What are the dates for the 2018 Global Leadership Summit in Eswatini?

This year the Summit will take place in two premier events, that is the 7th-8th November for the first summit, and 14th-15 November for the second summit.

+ Is the programming the same at each summit?

Each summit has the same video cast. Live speakers may differ.

+ When will the full schedule be available?

The full schedule with the Summit faculty order will be available by end of September 2018. The Summit will be a full day, from approximately 7:30am - 4:00pm for 7th & 8th of November and from 7:30am - 4:00pm for the 14th & 15th of November.


+ How much does it cost to attend?

Pricing varies. Discounts are available based on group size and date of registration.

+ What does the conference price include?

Registration for the event includes all conference materials as well as break refreshments. Meals are included in the price of registration.

+ Who qualifies for the youth rates?

All high school students are eligible for the youth rate.

+ How do I update attendee information?

Each registered attendee is able to update their information. If you registered as a group, you can also update your group members information. Refer to your original registration email. For more information, Click Here

+ Can I share a registration with someone if I can't attend the entire event?

We do not provide the option to share registrations between multiple individuals. The event has been designed as a holistic experience and is best if attended in its entirety.

+ Do I need to have all the names of our group when I register?

We allow groups to reserve “empty registrations” and then submit names of those who will be attending at a later date. We encourage you to enter those names by 7th of October 2018. However, a registrant’s name can still be added or changes before printing the final ticket.


+ Can I bring my children to the conference?

While families are very important to us, this conference is adult training event, so children and infants, including nursing infants, are NOT permitted in any of the sessions. Childcare is NOT available and we cannot guarantee a separate room for parents to stay with their children.

+ Does GLS ESWATINI take photographs for promotional use during The Global Leadership Summit?

For promotional purposes, videos and photographs are taken at all conferences. Your registration constitutes permission for Challenge Ministries Swaziland to use your likeness in promotional materials. Please contact media@cmswazi.org if you cannot be used in promotional photographs.

+ What is your cancellation, hold and transfer policies?

Payment is the only way to secure your ticket. Please ensure that you send us a proof of payment to bookings@gls.co.sz as soon as you have paid. We reserve the right to release your ticket and cancel your registration should your ticket remain unpaid within 7 days of registration. Payment reminders are sent electronically before your ticket is cancelled. Transfers between summits ARE NOT permitted unless processed through the online registration system. This requires that you cancel your existing registration and re-register for the event you wish to attend. Double bookings may be charged for. To negotiate payment terms for groups, please email your request to bookings@gls.co.sz. Terms will only be confirmed in writing.
